What devices do you repair?
We repair smartphones including iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, and more, plus tablets, iPads, laptops, and select electronics.
How long do repairs take?
Most repairs need a part from our supplier. We order it the day you book, and if that is before 6 PM on a business day it arrives the next business day. You can book from 2 PM on the day it arrives, and most repairs then take under an hour. Diagnostics and software help do not need a part. Pre-owned phones take 4 to 6 business days.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
TheRepairBay is appointment-based. Book online or contact us first so we can prepare for your device and issue.
Do you sell new and used phones?
Yes. The phone catalog shows current customer-facing options. Final stock and pickup timing are confirmed before ordering.
